It depends. In many cases, the installation of skylights will fall under the purview of "permitted development". In other cases, however, planning permission may be required. This is especially true if your home or business is a Listed Building or is located in a designated "Conservation Area". Just to be safe we always recommend customers talk to someone at their local authority before installing skylights in Liverpool.

Do You Offer Skylight Installation Services?

As of this writing, we do not offer installation services for our beautifully crafted skylights. That said, all of our skylights come with comprehensive installation instructions that you can pass on to the contractor of your choice, or that you can use to install the skylights yourself. A word of caution though; nearly every time a skylight experiences issues it can be tied to a self-installation. As such we urge all our customers to hire a professional to perform the installation.
